Itemcount validation issue with unlimited value field

When aplying a validation on a field to have minimum number of values, the validation causes problem when the field is an unlimited values field.

When the user click the "Add another item" button, the validate function is triggered. Now, because of this error, the user can not add more values to it. This issue has been raised under #2877616-9: Minimum amount of values validator for multi value fields → .
