Update Dynamic Entity Reference dependency

Problem/Motivation

DER has a new release:
https://www.drupal.org/project/dynamic_entity_reference/releases/3.2.0 →

Because they have a 4.x alpha available, sites might display a big red message saying, 'The installed version of at least one of your modules or themes is no longer supported.' Personally I worked around this by running:

composer require drupal/dynamic_entity_reference

Which upgraded the module to version 3.2.0.

Proposed resolution

Update DER from 3.1.0 → 3.2.0

Never mind, it was just an issue on my local. Not sure why `composer update` wasn't working for me a few minutes ago, but it is now!

Sorry to waste your time. I'll leave this issue here, in case anyone else's composer is being weird: just clear composer's cache and try again.
