Unable to access video stream (please make sure you have given permission for camera or have webcam enabled)

Problem/Motivation

I am using Drupal 10.2.0 and when I click on the 'Scan tickets' tab I get this error message,

🎥 Unable to access video stream (please make sure you have given permission for camera or have webcam enabled)

I am using admin account and do have a camera on my phone and laptop.

I didn't see any errors logged on dblog.
