Fix for Fatal error: Type of Drupal\views_remote_data\Plugin\views\query\RemoteDataQuery::$offset must be int

Problem/Motivation

Since the 10.1 upgrade we're getting this on a views_remote_data view:

Fatal error: Type of Drupal\views_remote_data\Plugin\views\query\RemoteDataQuery::$offset must be int (as in class Drupal\views\Plugin\views\query\QueryPluginBase) in /app/modules/contrib/views_remote_data/src/Plugin/views/query/RemoteDataQuery.php on line 30
