... did you clear drupal cache after upgrading guys???
As it looks could depend on that to me.
Updated Drupal\geocoder\DumperPluginManager looks fine to me, also in its dependencies injection. - Status changed to Closed: works as designed

I have the same issue. D10.2.2, installed Geocoder 4.21, cleared cache after install.
While saving a webpage, I get this white screen error:
The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.
TypeError: Drupal\geocoder\DumperPluginManager::__construct(): Argument #5 ($messenger) must be of type Drupal\Core\Messenger\MessengerInterface, Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelFactory given, called in /home/twelvet/public_html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php on line 259 in Drupal\geocoder\DumperPluginManager->__construct() (line 48 of modules/contrib/geocoder/src/DumperPluginManager.php).

I also get the error when I clear caches through the web interface. Can we re-open the issue?

I am reopening this ... but just to quickly double check.
Please move on into Geocoder version 4.22.
Your issues still definitely look related to cache clear ...

Double checked ... no issues in the lates 8.x-4.22 version on this.

Successful upgrade to 8.x-4.22. An error in the log makes me think that this is a fluke in my data. Good to go!
