Create the custom "URL Inspection" entity

Problem/Motivation

Needs to create the custom "URL Inspection" entity (url_inspection) entity to store results of a page inspection. This entity should contain fields:

- Status - int, to store data from the Verdict field,
- Last crawled date - timestamp - The date/time when page/URL was visited by the Google crawler last time.
- Info - string to store extended JSON data from the Google Search Console API.

- Last updated date - Set the date when we retrieved data from the Google Search Console API last time.
