Merchant of Record module

Hello,
I would like to ask, what is the most appropriate module for Merchant of Record.
My site will be a global job board B2B based in Europe that provides services all over the world.
The most appropriate would be also to collect and pay taxes,with the easiest way, without complications.
Is there a Drupal Commerce module for this?
How can I solve this issue with the least effort, as I am only one person?
