Give the option to the navbar button could be out of navbar

Problem/Motivation

I am working with the theme and I would like to be able to use your tool as an anonymous user because I don't want the admin toolbar because of interference with my header when I am in small screens.

Since your module interface to access button is in the navbar, ussing the permissions for an anonymous user has no effect, I can't work with your module in the header (after it is not important).

Steps to reproduce

Give "Access responsive preview
Access responsive preview" and "Administer responsive preview
Administer responsive preview" to the anonymous user that has not access to the navbar.
Go to home and you can not have access.

Proposed resolution

In the module settings have an option to choose other place besides the navbar.
