Hello and thanks for the module that I would like to use
I am working with the theme and I would like to be able to use your tool as an anonymous user because I don't want the admin toolbar.
I give the permissions to him, clear registry, but your tool doesn't appear.
No errors in the console or in Drupal log.

Enable this module
Go to its permissions and give "Access responsive preview
Access responsive preview" and "Administer responsive preview
Administer responsive preview" to the anonymous one.
Clear registry
Clear browser cache
Go to the front page. There you don't have your interface.
Have the interface so frontend developers can have your module to style.

User interface
A temporary solution, for any person that want to have this, is to create a user that has no roles and give to authenticated user permission to the module.
Thanks for the module and you can close it if you think that with this solution is enough :)
