Where to get the peertube instace's endpoint schemes

Problem/Motivation

I am trying to configure a peertube instance in /admin/config/media/oembed-providers/custom-providers/add and I don't know where to get the endpoints.
I have looked in the instance, but I don't find them in their documentation.
