Separate single and multiple cache operations in performance test assertions

Problem/Motivation

This is possible following 📌 Separate cache operations from database queries in OpenTelemetry and assertions Fixed . Needs extra methods added to the PerformanceData class, recording the counts separately in PerformanceTestTrait, then updating existing test assertions to use them.
