As an Event Organizer I want to choose how many users I can see on the "Manage enrollments" overview page

Problem/Motivation

A filter should be added to the “Event enrollments” overview where Event Organizer can choose how many users are displayed
As part of this story, we also want to increase the default number from 10 to 25 users

Proposed resolution

Add an items limit option on the "Manage enrollments" event page.
