PageView event is sent every time Drupal behaviours are executed

Created a version with a solution that uses once() to prevent repeated calls.

An alternative solution would be to track it based on window.location.href and only send a new request if that changes. that could allow for cases when using views ajax pagers/filters in combination with the views_ajax_history module or custom location-changes.

Marking this issue as fixed as the MR in this issue was merged in.
