Problem/Motivation

I think that will be useful to use the symfony mailer policies to process the mails, this way it can be clearer, more flexible, and powerful. Also, it will be paired with the way is implemented in other modules (or at least how is proposed by symfony mailer like commerce order).

Proposed resolution

Elaborate an Emailbuilder → plugin similar to the one in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/symfony_mailer/-/blob/1.x/src/Plugin/... .

So that the template variable "{{ body }}" in the body element in commerce ticket policy use the generated output set in ticket type "manage display" settings in
/admin/structure/commerce_ticket_types/manage/XXX/display/receipt

If using this plugin should be possible to remove the TicketReceiptMail class.
