Use the Context package instead of Custom

Currently the info.yml is set to Custom, however, I believe it should be in something more appropriate like Context.

This was initially added in this PR, but wasn't able to land.

Check the category the module is assigned to on the module/extensions page.

Update module package name.

Module will now show up under the Context category on the module/extensions page.
