Additional features

I did some additional testing, the new dev version seems to work OK, so it's time to think about putting more features in.

Here is a list of things I thought about, I marked some with an asterisk to denote what should in my opinion have a higher priority

*- link titles :
a title field is needed.
related question: could the title of the linked node be used to prepopulate the title field ?

- link attributes :
open in a new tab or not ?
link follow or not ?

*- multilingual support :
I'm unsure of how this is handled now, as I didn't test on a multilingual website.
the same keyword should be able to link to two different links depending on current display language

*- priority :
how are priorities handled at the moment ?
if we have two keywords, such as "Drupal tips and tricks" and "Drupal", which one takes precedence ?

*- case sensitivity

- HTML tags to exclude/include :
should text inside h1 h2 be replaced ?
should be ignored ?
