A visitor can see a beautiful photo album

Problem/Motivation

This is not something someone creating a Drupal site for themselves or their organization should have to think about and plan. There should be a sensible default way of adding and viewing a lot of pictures at once.

Proposed resolution

Create a "Drutopia Photo Album" module that provides one.

• A content editor can bulk upload photographs and bulk edit alternative text and taxonomy terms (topics, types, tags).
• A visitor can filter photos (or albums?) by type, topic, or tag.
