Tests are now failing on Drupal 10.2 due to a core addition to contexts (user.roles:authenticated)...
We should update the tests so they aren't failing anymore. Note, this will remove the ability to test on Drupal 10.1 or 9.5, but as those are both either EOL or about to be EOL, I don't think we need to care.
Will add a note to the release notes that while Google Tag technically supports Drupal 9.5 and above, it no longer receives test support and your mileage may vary.
