Enable config translation for module

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the module does not support config translation for having different IDs for each site language.

Steps to reproduce

Install and enable the module in a multilanguage website and try to translate its configuration.

Proposed resolution

Change the module to support config translation. I attached a patch to this issue that may serve as a base for this request.
