OpenTopoMap and OpenRailwayMap as default maps

Well actually it was intentional ... to by Default demo the Simultaneous Multiple Layers feature with Layer Control,
BUT OK, probably this can generate some confusion and overhead to initial users.
Version 10.2.9 just rolled back that to a '- Default Leaflet - OSM Mapnik -' base layer ...

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
