Add option to NOT send mail to invitee

Problem/Motivation

I want to add the invitation link to another email, and prevent the auto created email.

Proposed resolution

On the plugin configuration form admin/group/content/manage/GROUPTYPE-group_invitation, add "Send invitation e-mail to invitee" (checked by default, for BC)
