Add Plugin::getTypeFromManager()

Problem/Motivation

I want to be able to know what the plugin type is from the plugin manager class.

Really this is just a wrapper around the ReverseContainer class and validating that the service ID starts with 'plugin.manager.' and returning the string without that prefix.
