Add configuration schema validation

Problem/Motivation

We should add the following configuration schema validation:

      constraints:
        PluginExists:
          manager: plugin.manager.analytics.service
          interface: Drupal\analytics\Plugin\ServicePluginInterface

Look into what else could be validated for configuration schema.
