Issue with Missing Edit, Delete, and View Links on Node Edit Pages after Core Upgrade

Problem:

After upgrading Drupal core to the latest version, I've encountered an issue where the edit, delete, and view links are not visible on node edit pages. Strangely, this problem is only occurring for certain content types.

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade Drupal core to the latest version.
Navigate to node edit pages for various content types.
Observe that the edit, delete, and view links are missing for some content types.

Expected Behavior:

The edit, delete, and view links should be consistently visible on all node edit pages, regardless of content type.

What's the difference between the content types where it does work and the ones where it doesn't?

It might be a problem with the gin theme.
