Drush 12 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

Drush 12 now expects all commandfiles in the <module-name>/Drush/<Commands|Generators> directory. The Drush subdirectory is a new requirement.

Remaining tasks

  • Move Commands directory in a Drush directory
  • Adapt namespace in IndexNowKeyCommands
  • Adapt index_now.key_commands path in index_now.services.yml
