Default model not able to find in Open AI list

MR !4 fixing below issues.

1. Default model "text-davinci-003" is not available in open AI list. - updated the model.
2. And it is good to add by default some working model instead of deprecated models. - Added working model.
3. Max length default value, not working. - Max length default value set to 100
4. Max length support 0 as value in the required field. - It will not support to add 0.
