Wrong key used for getting Sender email from the message variable

The mail plugin never get right sender email from message.

Send email and modify the sender email via Drupal standard settings $message['params']['from'] changing.
You still get emails from the email that you set to the mailchimp_transactional module configurations

Here is the simple patch to allow manage sender email via standard Drupal ways.
Open in Jenkins → Open on Drupal.org →
Core: 10.2.x + Environment: PHP 8.2 & MySQL 8
