Problem/Motivation

Some component chunks are being flagged by Siteimprove with the following error:

Container element is empty.

Make sure required-owned elements are nested correctly under the context-giving element.

Affected roles:

role="tablist"

Proposed resolution

Remove extraneous role="tablist" from tabs and accordion components.
