Incompatibility with Jquery inline validation

Problem/Motivation

When JQuery validation is enabled on the form - the payment form can't be submitted because fields of payment date were cleared and JQuery validation sees it as empty, but at the same time these fields need to be required before the payment script will run.

Proposed resolution

Before clearing payment form data need to disable form validation.
