I just started using Drupal Commerce, when adjusted the permissions settings to ensure that logged in users can only interact with products and stores of their creation. However, whenever I attempt to add a product, I see that all the available stores are listed, even the ones that I did not create myself
Am not sure if someone has encountered and fixed this
I sniffed around the ProductForm class, but struggled to understand how the stores are being retrieved

You're creating support requests as bug reports... This isn't the way to go. You might need to implement custom access logic.
