Hide the field's Allowed values list

Problem/Motivation

When creating a new Icon list field or editing the field, the "Allowed values list" is required and forces the user to add value(s) which are irrelevant.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new icon list field
  2. Attempt to save the field settings without populating the "Allowed values list"

Proposed resolution

Hide the "Allowed values list" to avoid needlessly populating it and confusing developers as to its purpose.

    Added ListIconItem::storageSettingsForm() to always hide the allowed values list.
