Add field definition to context

Problem/Motivation

I want to create empty field plugins that makes sense only for specific entity/field.
Also I think it would be useful to pass field definition in context.

Proposed resolution

Pass in field definition to empty field plugin also I think it makes sense to add isApplicable function.
