Problem 1
    - drupal/reference_table_formatter dev-2.0.x requires drupal/core ^8.8 || ^9 -> satisfiable by drupal/core[8.8.0-alpha1, ..., 8.9.x-dev, 9.0.0-alpha1, ..., 9.5.x-dev] from composer repo

reference_table_formatter dev-2.0.x not for drupal 10 yet.

Tests are only for D10. For us such a patch make the problem disappear for a D10 version of Reference Table Formatter 2.0.0-alpha2.
