Problem/Motivation

Passing an invalid offset/page currently result in 500 responses, with leaked error messages, e.g when used in combination with search_api_solr:
Uncaught PHP Exception TypeError: "Solarium\QueryType\Select\Query\Query::setStart(): Argument #1 ($start) must be of type int, string given
