User stuck at the first activity of the module with no progress

It happens on the fresh-installed project.
I caught it for 1 user only. Somehow after few restarts of a training user can't go further to the next activity, next button redirects to the first activity in active module. For free navigation when user clicks next button in any activity of the module it redirects to first activity with no progress. I tried to make guided or free navigation, update module, activities, clear cache, make cron etc. I also tried to delete user from the training and make restart. Nothing helps. I have no errors in logs of the site and server logs to direct me where to seek.

Finally I have to duplicate the training. Then progress for the same modules in cloned training works fine for this user.

I tried to reproduce this by restarting trainings, go next and back, but it never happens again. Progress for another users in this training works as usual.

Seems we have some kind of conflict in database or blocked variable in learning path.

Making clones of trainings is "dirty" way to solve it.

We are seeing exactly the same thing. It doesn't seem to happen to all trainings or all users and there are no errors in the drupal log of the server log. I'll try and provide more information when I can

  • Finally found out what happens!

Somehow this user is forced to manual evaluation for passed modules. Training admin have a notify that he must evaluate the results, but
no items seems on the module evaluating page (items to evaluate) for the training administrator, it stucks. After deleting all unfinished attempts for this user in the "result list" making a "fresh" attempt unblocks the module.
