Support custom background colors

Problem/Motivation

The option to add a background color to sections (and blocks) is awesome, however currently supports only Green, Yellow, Red, and Grey. I think it would be a great addition if we could enter a custom color code or use a color picker in case another color is needed.

you need to add it by yourself in Bootstrap Styles config at yoursite_com/admin/config/bootstrap-styles/settings.
