Hi,
I am on Drupal 10 and did:
1) installed Similar By Terms module and enable it
2) Create a new Block View
3) Create a Contextual Filter with "Similar By Terms" NID
4) On the “Configure contextual filter: Similar by terms: Nid” config screen: When the filter is not available -> Provide Default Value -> Content ID from URL

BUT no nodes with similar tags show up.
What am I doing wrong?

I had a similar issue and discovered, as I was trying things, that setting the default value to a fixed value (which I did just for testing) and then setting it back to Content ID from URL seemed to get it working again.
