Remove existing calls to \Drupal in favor of dependency injection

In 📌 Enable GitLab CI for testing Fixed , as phpstan baseline was added to allow tests to pass for existing issues.

Remove "dependency injection" error from phpstan.neon. Tests will fail with the error:

Drupal calls should be avoided in classes, use dependency injection instead

Resolve issues.
