Used versions for the “Core” setting are outdated

On December 15, 2023 Drupal 10.2.0 was released. However, it doesn’t seem like the test bot’s “Core” setting reflects that yet:

(Even if you want people to switch to GitLab CI, please keep updating the versions for the test bot. I cannot switch to GitLab CI until #3190024: Problem with test dependencies when testing issue forks → is resolved.)

These are manually updated with DrupalCI, so they do get outdated. We haven’t set the policy for when these get dropped at #3412417: Disable DrupalCI testing → , so I’ll get these updated.
