--path-pattern doesn't work on paths that are filtered out by filterUncachedPaths

Problem/Motivation

By the time StaticCommand applies the filter from the --path-pattern option, filterUncachedPaths() has already acted on the list of paths, and so for example, node paths are no longer in the list.

Unfortunately, because of 🐛 filterUncachedPaths needs documentation Active , I can't try to fix this issue because it's not possible for me to understand how it's meant to work.
