Getting error of base theme not defined in info file.
Missing required key ("base theme") in themes/contrib/drupal8_zymphonies_theme/drupal8_zymphonies_theme.info.yml, see https://www.drupal.org/node/3066038 →

Steps to reproduce

Install theme and clear cache.

Proposed resolution

Add base theme: false
