Create paragraphs sets with a meaningful machine name instead of timestamp

Problem/Motivation

When creating a new set, it would be nice to get a machine name based on title field instead of creation timestamp.

Steps to reproduce

- Access a create/edit content form with a Paragraphs Sets enabled field.
- Add some paragraphs and press a "Save set" button.
- Visit Paragraphs sets page at "/admin/structure/paragraphs_set" and check "Machine name" column for the newly created set.
- It will contain a numeric value instead of some human readable machine name.

Proposed resolution

- Adding a Machine Name field just after "Save as a new set (give it a title)".

or

- Create a machine name for the set in ParagraphsSetsCreator::generatePreset()
