Delete items hangs after CSV import

Problem/Motivation

After importing a CSV file and finding that some items failed to import, I use the delete items option to fix the problem and reimport. The delete items process eventually hangs, and I get an error in my log:
Drupal\Core\Http\Exception\CacheableAccessDeniedHttpException: in Drupal\Core\Routing\AccessAwareRouter->checkAccess() (line 115 of /[path]/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/AccessAwareRouter.php).
I can use the browser back button twice to return to the Feeds page, refresh, and then get Unlock the feed to continue.
