I have the same Problem, running Drupal core 10.2.3 IMCE 3.0.11 and also tried with dev version. PHP 8.2.16
See picture of the old version. Unfortunately I cannot say from which Version of Drupal it doesn't work anymore.
For sure, it worked unter 9.5.11I ran several time Drush cr and Drush updb
Let me know what further informations could help.
I would appreciate, when it will work again.

Hi I'm back on this.
The Icon is back
But clicking on it - the Content does not show
I tested several browsers.
