Allow update to H5P editor/core 1.25

Going to go ahead and merge this so that it's possible to test the update with the dev version of this module and composer.

Re-titling since this doesn't touch the files in /vendor in the module directory.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
