Apple pay not syncing proper user data

Problem/Motivation

When adding a new shipping profile with Apple pay and there is no last name and multiple spaces are filled in instead.

Steps to reproduce

Add product to the cart
Choose AP payment gateway
Add new billing and shipping address
When entering data:
Firstname: User
Surname: press spacebar
Fill the rest of the data (address, postal code, etc..)
Save it
Finish purchase with AP

Open order -> surname is missing, order is syncing to OS without surname entered

Proposed resolution

Copy the billing into shipping if it is missing and/or vice versa.
