Not showing on Extend page

I ran through the list of steps shown for Composer. I received no errors when installing it in my Terminal.

Module shows in /public_html/web/modules/contrib

When I go to the Extend page, the module is not listed. I have cleared the cache via the site and manually in the database. It still does not show on the Extend page.

I'm on Drupal 9.5.11

Never mind, I figured it out. Somehow my modules page got switched to showing only enabled modules.
