While using 'show only used items', hide content preview in layout builder doesn't work

Problem/Motivation

After unchecking "Show content preview" in layout builder, preview is still displayed.

Steps to reproduce

Create category term for article content type.
Enable taxonomy term page display and set it to layout.
Create view, which will have exposed filter by category as displayed in screen shots.
