The library https://github.com/sinergi/php-browser-detector is not being maintained.
Remove the library https://github.com/sinergi/php-browser-detector and install https://github.com/foroco/php-browser-detection instead. This is a simple library that has no special requirements.
The browser detection formatter plugins will need to be re-written with this new plugin.
