Getting wrong created date on the downloaded certificate

Problem/Motivation

Downloading a user's certificate should display the certificate owner's details not simply the current user's ones.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login with a user that has the right privileges, e.g. super admin
  2. Go to the Statistics page.
  3. From the list of trainings on the page, pick one that has been completed and that has a completion certificate.
  4. Select to see the details of a user who has complete the training.
  5. Download the training completion certificate.
  6. If the certificate template includes the [opigno_certificate:created] token then the date will show the current users course completion date not the certificate owner's one. If the current user has not completed the training the result will be a date like 01.01.1970

Proposed resolution

Similar to the Getting wrong user name on the downloaded certificate 🐛 Getting wrong user name on the downloaded certificate Needs review issue. The certificate created date should be picked from the owner not simply the current user.
